At Complement Care, we provide Aromatherapy massage treatments which involves the use of essential oils diluted in a carrier oil that are applied to the skin through massage. The essential oils are aromatic essences that are extracted from various parts of plants and have a very complex chemical composition which are also responsible for the oil’s therapeutic properties.

It is due to this complex nature and potency that the essential oils are mixed with a carrier oil. This encourages the essential oil to dissolve into the mixture and makes it more easier to apply to the skin. It is through the application of massage that the blend can be administered to relevant parts of the body and work in synergy to achieve therapeutic benefits.
